Return of Goods:

• • If you are not happy with the goods, you have 14 days to notify us of intention to return them
  • To do this please email us on info@directlighting.co.za we shall send details of return address
  • A brief explanation as to reasons for returning the goods will assist us to improve future service.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, we shall engage you about the manner in which we shall refund you.

Order Cancellation:
